​The individualized herbal consultation begins with one 60-minute intake session via Zoom where we discuss your current health history, health goals, and mind and body constitution.

 

In a second follow up 60-minute session, we'll discuss an herbal plan tailored to your goals and needs.

Additional sessions can be added to discuss progress and address changes where they're needed.
